Welcome to Club Reverse Raffle! By purchasing, downloading, or using our software, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software.

License Agreement:

  1. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the software.

  2. License Type:

    • 1-Year License: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  3. Each license may be used on up to 2 devices.

User Responsibilities:

  • You may not resell, share, or transfer your license to another individual or entity.

  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the software.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your system meets the minimum requirements to run the software.

  • You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including those governing raffles and gambling.

    • Example: Reverse raffle prizes may be prohibited in certain regions, such as Victoria, Australia. It is the user’s responsibility to verify the legality of their raffle.

Payments:

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles payment details, taxes, and receipts.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy.

Termination:

  • We reserve the right to terminate your license without notice if you breach these terms, including unauthorized sharing or tampering with the software.

  • Termination of a license does not entitle the user to a refund.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Club Reverse Raffle is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profits or data.

  • The software is provided "as is" without any warranty, except as required by law.

Governing Law:

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:
